Placing an Order

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Pourenor is not currently registered for VAT; no VAT is added to or collected on sales. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Shopify Payments. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Delivery

We offer delivery services as detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Our standard processing time and delivery estimates are outlined there. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your goods.
